In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. By entering the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
We take age verification seriously. Any attempt to access the Platform while under 18 is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Creators must verify their age and identity during the application process. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@joinflaunt.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
One person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be terminated.
Creator accounts are subject to an application and approval process. Approval is at our sole discretion. We may decline any application without providing reasons.
Approved Creators agree to our Creator-specific terms, including content standards, commission arrangements and payout terms outlined in these Terms.
Creators are responsible for all Content they upload. By uploading Content, you confirm that you own all necessary rights to that Content and that it complies with our Content Policy.
Fan accounts allow users to discover and subscribe to Creators. Subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
Fans are responsible for ensuring that any payment methods on file are valid and have sufficient funds. Failed payments may result in loss of access to subscribed content.
You acknowledge that the Content you access is provided by Creators and not by Flaunt directly.
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.
By uploading Content to the Platform, you grant Flaunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and deliver your Content for the purposes of operating the Platform.
You retain ownership of your Content. We will not sell your Content to third parties or use it for advertising without your explicit consent.
When a Creator's account is deleted, their Content will be removed from public view within 30 days.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of original subscription. Prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to affected users.
Creators may request a payout once their balance reaches £50. Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days to the registered UK bank account.
Creators are responsible for reporting their earnings to HMRC and paying any applicable taxes. Flaunt does not withhold tax on behalf of Creators.
Flaunt reserves the right to withhold payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violations pending investigation.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you have a complaint about a Creator or their content, please contact support@joinflaunt.com.
We investigate all chargeback claims. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. Creators may be liable for chargeback fees in cases of fraud.
Creators are solely responsible for their own tax obligations. Flaunt is not your employer and does not manage tax withholding. You should seek independent tax advice if required.
Flaunt complies with all applicable VAT and tax reporting requirements as a UK-based platform.
We take intellectual property seriously. If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to support@joinflaunt.com with full details of the infringement.
We will investigate all valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content promptly. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
We are committed to GDPR compliance as a UK-based platform. You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data at any time.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or that it will be error-free.
We are not responsible for the Content published by Creators. Creators are independent and not employees or agents of Flaunt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaunt's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold Flaunt harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your Content on the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Deletion will be processed within 30 days.
We will attempt to resolve disputes informally in the first instance. Please contact support@joinflaunt.com before initiating any formal proceedings.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flaunt. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
